100% refund if knife/tool is:

• Is broken or in any way unusable that cannot be fixed by sharpening 
• Not a fault of unsafe/irresponsible use
• Is within 5 years of purchase
• Is owned by original owner (exceptions made for gifts given soon after purchase)

Refunds will be given in the same way that the original payment was paid

All broken items must be returned for full refund
